RFD/AFSD, M&O staff,

The attached OT report does not reflect the direction that has been given concerning OT. You have been directed to use MANDATORY OT for ALL fitters, HVAC Seniors, and Supervisors. This was not voluntary. 2+ hours a day Mon-Friday, and 8-10 hour days Sat and Sun, until this emergency abates. This applies to the Projects units as well. Facilities Management considers this an emergency, and as such, we need to respond as such.

This will include all RFD/AFSD/CPM. Management will man phones and clear service calls in Maximo as well as man school sites to assist fitters with delivery for material and assisting as necessary.

To be perfectly clear, it will be considered insubordination for anyone that is a no show and subject to discipline.  [emphasis added]

Please confirm by tomorrow morning at 10:00am that all employees have been notified.

Robert Laughton, Leed AP, Assc. DBIA

Deputy Director, Maintenance and Operations
