Eagle Rock High School PTSA and the Parent Center cordially invite you to a
special lecture on bullying on Wednesday, January 9th at 7:00pm following the
PTSA Meeting at 6:30pm.

Joey Hernández
LGBTQ Student Rights Advocate at the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern
California. Mr. Hernandez will present on the “Harassment and Civil Liberties of LGBTQ Students”

Cory Schneider
Mental Health Consultant, MFTI
Bullying Prevention & Intervention, Project 10, LAUSD
Mr. Schneider will present on LGBTQ Affirmative Interventions for Parents and Teachers of LGBTQ bullied youth. This would include a Q & A.

Vixente Medrano
Specialist, Educational Equity Compliance, Office of the General Counsel
Mr. Medrano will present on the rights of LGBTQ students in LAUSD and California.
