VIDEO: Governor Schwarzenegger Unveils 2010-11 Revised State Budget Proposal

5/14/2010 - Governor Schwarzenegger unveiled his revised state budget proposal for the 2010-11 fiscal year. The Governor was joined by Department of Finance Director Ana Matosantos.
